At Leravox, we believe in the quality of our investing education programs. Sometimes though, a program might not align with your goals or expectations. When that happens, we want to make things right.
This refund policy covers all our educational offerings and applies to purchases made after January 1, 2025. We've designed it to be straightforward—no hidden clauses or confusing terms.

- Requests made within 14 days of purchase
- Less than 25% of course materials accessed
- Technical issues preventing course access
- Course significantly different from description
- Duplicate purchase made by error

- More than 25% of content already viewed
- Certificate of completion issued
- Promotional or discounted enrollments
- Changed mind after course completion
How the Refund Process Works
Submit Your Request
Email us at info@leravox.info with your order number and reason for refund. We'll respond within 24 hours on business days to acknowledge your request.
Review Period
Our team reviews your request and course activity within 2-3 business days. We may reach out if we need additional information or can offer alternative solutions.
Decision Notice
You'll receive an email with our decision. If approved, we'll explain the next steps. If not approved, we'll clearly explain why and discuss other options that might help.
Processing Payment
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The funds appear in your account based on your bank's processing time—usually 3-10 business days after we process it.
Full Refund
You receive 100% back if you request within 7 days and have accessed less than 10% of materials. This gives you time to explore without commitment.
Partial Refund
Between days 8-14 with 10-25% access, we offer 50% back. This accounts for value already received while acknowledging your dissatisfaction.
Course Credit
Beyond 14 days or with significant access, we can offer credit toward a different program that might better fit your learning goals.
Important Things to Know
Refunds go back to your original payment method. We can't issue refunds to different cards or accounts for security reasons.
If you purchased through a third-party platform or received a promotional code, different terms may apply. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
Once a refund is processed, you'll lose access to all course materials, downloadable resources, and community features associated with that program.
